A. Our rates are based on the service provided. Normally, we would visit the site and discuss your needs.

A. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us.

A. We reschedule these days.
Q. Do I need to be home when you come?
A. This is your choice. We can use your garage door code, provide you with a lock box, or make special arrangements.

Q. What should I do if something is damaged while your team is cleaning?
A. Accidents sometimes occur. Just call our office and we will be glad to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We are fully insured for any damage or breakage we are responsible for.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning that was done?
A. If something is missed or not done to your satisfaction, contact us and we will either note your service report to ensure it is addressed during our the next visit or we will send a team back to your home to correct the problem - your choice. Our goal is your complete satisfaction!
